Sarah Gibbs has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation methods, project management, and data visualization. At PHAR, Sarah leads many projects, including chart reviews, expert panels, and systematic literature reviews.
Prior to joining PHAR, Sarah worked as a Senior Research and Evaluation Analyst at the National Association of County and City Health Officials in Washington, DC, conducting primary research to support the work of local health departments across the United States. Sarah received her Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duke University.
